In our never ending effort to be fun and fresh, we have added a new offering at Capt Hiram's. We are now renting kayaks, stand up paddle boards and bicycles from the Ship Store 7 days a week. So whether you are a water enthusiast or a landlubber we have something for you to get out for a little exercise and fresh air on the Indian River. And what beautiful sites there are to see on your adventure on the river front. Then, when you get back we'll have an ice cold beer or frosty rum runner to cool you right down. So come on down and check out our new additions and get out a play!

Spring is a time for new beginnings so what better time to start our new Capt Hiram's Blog to keep you up with new exciting happenings at Capt Hiram's Resort.
Spring is also a time when we have lots of great, fun events to keep you entertained, no matter what your favorite past time.
Upcoming concerts are House of Pain March 30, 2011, Saving Abel April 14, 2011 and Unwritten Law with Authority Zero on April 29, 2011.
To help us celebrate 25 amazing years on Sebastian's Riverfront, we have an unbelievable FREE show featuring country music stars Lee Brice, Jerrod Niemann and CMT recording artist Tyler Farr. Supporting the concert are a favorite on our new Country Nights, Postal Monkey from Orlando. (that's right - the Capt's gone country)
By the way, did I mention that we are doing breakfast at the SandBar on Saturdays and Sundays? Well we are and I must tell you that the SandBar is so beautiful in the mornings, plus we have bloody marys and mimosas to easy you into your day, every day in the Breakfast Room.
Well that's a start to our new Capt's Blog; we will be keeping you updated on all there is going on here in case you don't have a Facebook Page, Twitter account or MySpace - we don't discriminate and we don't want you to miss a thing.
