Here at Capt Hiram's we are always reinventing ourselves, trying to keep things fresh and new but still familiar. The latest facelift has been to the hotel, where we have brought in beautiful new furniture, carpeting and accents like flat panel tv's. Not that you will want to spend all your time in the rooms when we have so much going on; but it is nice to have a great place to crash after a day on the river or a night in the sand. Come by and check out our new rooms when you get the chance.
We are also renovation the Ship Store to be more than a store but a communications hub for the property. You will be able to do everything from book fishing trips, rent boats, kayaks and bikes and of course rent a slip for the night. Always something new!

Capt Hiram's welcomes acclaimed Chef Gary Beach from Ocean City Maryland
Capt Hiram's has always had a strong connection to Ocean City Maryland with two of its founding owners having roots there. The waterfront landmark has always tried to bring Sebastian a taste of Maryland's best food and this time we have gone all out with the addition of one of Maryland's finest Chef's, Gary Beach. Chef Beach was the owner of Marlin Moon Grille, which was the winner of 2009 Favorite Restaurant Award from the Restaurant Association of Maryland.
Gary is sure to fit right in at Capt Hiram's being an avid fisherman and a master with fresh seafood. He is already working hard to perfect what Capt Hiram's does well bringing his award winning recipes and fantastic food to Sebastian. We are working hard to introduce a brand new menu with many exciting new items. Chef Gary Beach can be reached at GBeach@hirams.com or 772-589-4345.
