Clearly demonstrates a positive & enthusiastic attitude, has excellent math skills and the ability to operate a POS system.
Extensive knowledge of food & beverage operations required; MUST have five years of progressive experience as a Restaurant and Bar General Manager of an operation doing at least $3,000,000/year. Position will require working during high demand periods.
