Tiffany Room – This room is 2800 square feet, with a beautiful panoramic view of the Indian River Lagoon. With the ability to host meetings up to 150 people seated banquet style; we have other customized set ups available to fit the needs of your company.
In the Tiffany Room there is high speed internet, podium and pa system, black out curtains, flat screen monitor and DVD player with laptop hook up capabilities available. Capt Hiram's will also be happy to customize meals for your group, including continental breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets; plated lunch and dinners; or boxed lunches for off-property needs. If you require a more relaxed laid back meal, we have options available in our main dining room or out at the Bahamian-style SandBar.
The Capt Hiram’s Boardroom – This room is 260 square feet with an oval board room table that can seat 14 comfortably. The Boardroom is set up with a 42” flat screen monitor, table top laptop hook ups, high speed internet, DVD data ports and a conference phone. We can also provide a catered meal for you in the Boardroom during your meeting, or if you prefer, we can accommodate your group in the main restaurant or at the SandBar.
The Sand & Surf Room - Our Sand & Surf Room is available at the hotel for meetings or break-out sessions. This room will hold up to 60 people and is available for corporate and group events.
